Having lived rurally near Hay-on-Wye for many years, Phil knows first hand the vital role village halls play in the cultural life of many communities. In 2025, he therefore decided to undertake a solo UK village halls tour – so successful, he's continuing in 2026! The experienced performer will be playing a popular mix of ELO hits, Beatles songs and his own work.
