Events Many congratulations to the winners of the Reading Room Quiz Supper in February, Felicity and Neil Pattenden, Bev and Angus Small, and Eddie and Peter Young. Quiz mistress Henrietta Cockrell called her most challenging quiz yet but judging by the great atmosphere the other six teams were having a good time too. We were able to raise funds for our latest maintenance projects, the flat roof over the porch and the chimney stack, so many thanks to all the participants and to the committee members who contributed to the success of the event. The next Reading Room Committee meeting will be on Monday 15 April at 6pm.Meanwhile, all suggestions for future use of the Reading Room are welcomed. Please email them to Morag Philpott at
